Israel Amateur Radio Club About IARC
The Israeli Amateur Radio Club (IARC) was founded on February 18, 1948, and is a member at IARU.
The club is the focal point of radio amateurs in Israel.
IARC works in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications in order to advance the subject of amateur radio. For details on IARC crew members, press here. IARC officesAlmost every Thursday and Friday, radio amateurs would meet at the IARC offices, for a good chat & a hot coffee , for a rare DX from 4X4ARC's supreme antenna, and/or to attend one of the lectures from our Haverim. The IARC offices were located at the Motorola House in Tel-Aviv (Gozman building, Meitav 10 Str) for a very long period, for which we are grateful. Unfortunately, as of March 2011 "IARC has left the building"...and no kidding here. We hope to be able to announce the new location soon. Letters should be addressed at: Israel Amateur Radio Club, P.O. Box 17600, Tel-Aviv 61175. |
